Bryan Elliott and Gerald Willey, Bryan's father-in-law, founded Integrity Builders, Inc. in December 2005, opening their Milford office in April 2006. Bryan got his start in the construction industry at the then Nanticoke Homes facility in 1985, later moving to the sales and managerial side of the industry. Gerald retired civil service at the Dover Air Force Base and has owned and operated Willey Knives for 40 years.

Bryan runs the day to day operations and handles all sales himself. This is to make sure that each customer receives the best service possible, understands the process and what they are purchasing, and receive NO broken promises or upcoming surprises. Gerald stays busy running his passion, Willey Knives, but is always there to pray for and to share his business experience in making decisions. The office is managed by Bryan's Mom, still his boss, Donna Wyatt. We truly are a family business!
